Rule 35
Evidence in action by a corporation against shareholders
Name of defendant in a suit brought against a shareholder or his representative to recover the amount of any debt claimed by the corporation in respect of the shares or the amount claimed to be due in respect of the shares claimed It will be sufficient to prove that it is registered in the register of the corporation in the name of one of the shareholders or joint shareholders or that it was registered in the register at the time of making the claim and that the claimed amount has not been recorded in the register of the corporation.
